Is there any software available by which I can make css templates easily? Is there any tutorial available for making css layouts? Please point me to a link.

Well really, once you understand the basic concept it's not that hard. try w3schools.com for a tutorial.

You could code css in any text editor.

Or you could just stick with dreamweaver, it has syntax highlighting and working live with the HTML file you have open in Dreamweaver

i agree with Oliver, try w3schools.com, its very reliable and gives you a good insight into how to do it

I just recommend using Dreamweaver, Notepad++, etc when you make a CSS file. the suggestions like things are very useful to avoid Errors and these programs make it easy for you to read and write the Code.

Joomla! actually makes css really easily and same with php believe it or not... CMS is really good for what you want I think and Joomla! is really good for CMS

I'm agree with Meistro, Joomla make CSS, by Ur command, that command are very simple, I'm sure that U are avalible to do it ;)

In reply to Meistro: Building your own systems or hiring someone for customized systems are the the best route and give you the most flexibility. Joomla! has many limitations, and is hard to edit in the event that you'd want to add something new to it (speaking of the backend).

Even i recommend Joomla Coz it gives u readymade stuff like Templates etc...... Really easy to use nd saves alot of time !!!!
