How to do seo for website which is entirely developed in flash? People said its very difficult to do seo for flash site. Is it true? Do you advice to make full flash site?

I'll say no. Even if it was possible, a flash site cannot retain good traffic levels (exceptions aside). Although you can do good by integrating flash elements into your site but i am not so sure about entire flash.

Its the truth I would say, from an SEO point of view, the ideal site would be one that uses Flash only for "non-essential" parts of an HTML site, like an animation that's advertising something.

Yes, google can, but that doesn't mean all the search engines can! You still get plenty of traffic from smaller search engines, and in fact, its easier to get high rankings in thoes, which is a bonus (I get around 100 visits a month from users using search engines I've never even heard of!) - so you are cutting of a potential source of visitors - at the very least have a HTML version of your website that spiders can index, but better yet, unless it is mission critical, don't use flash for whole sites!
