I was on my way to work — feeling slightly disgusted with the apparel I wore — a pair of regular jeans, a Bennie T-shirt, a zip-up sweatshirt and of course, a fleece. I looked around to find that I was one of many choosing to partake in this ‘scrubsville’ event. I was almost overwhelmed with the number of students wearing sweatpants, Ugg boots (http://www.inugg.com/) and fleece.Or maybe, just maybe, it will be the year Uggboots (http://www.inugg.com/) and spandex finally go out of fashion.I'm talking Ugg (http://www.inugg.com/) boots, those Aussie clodhoppers that are capable of turning any woman under 5ft 10in into an Oompa-Loompa and the shapeliest pins into the back end of a pantomime horse. With no sign of the craze abating, Ugg is now targeting blokes, too. Angelina and Brad in Uggs (http://www.inugg.com/)? In addition, trading standards officers took five pairs of Ugg boot (http://www.inugg.com/) ?C popular with celebrities including Katie Price, Rachel Stevens and Sienna Miller ?C which were believed to be fake, and which have an estimated street value of £850.
