I m jenny, some days ago I found a site MarketRaise Corp (http://www.marketraise.com/). I found it very interesting because it is something related to the concept of virtual employees , they also allows to keep a track on our works and also they are really very cost effective as compared to the real employees working for IT or software employees.
If your really want to hire a IT Staff for you business, you can easily get it by hiring a virtual IT staff. I think so a Virtual Employees is more cost effective than a normal employee if we only need assistance on some projects. Start your own business without recruiting full time employees but hire virtual employees is really a good idea.
I went to there site and found that, they offer different packages for projects depending upon the rate and work, it is really nice. I have a regular requirement of employees for my projects and so I had hired them for projects also. If my experience seems to be nice I will again share with you.
