It's really a huge list, but not sure all are genuine in paying. The sites listed in bold are very popular and they can be considered as a real alternative for Google adsense.
Anyhow, it's a great job!

This is a pretty big list. I have tried many of them and most of the are $#%^ compared to adsense. Some are okay though. Like the one i use Adbrite. It is recomended. Anyway great list.

Well Adsense is best payer but it is very stick and many members were banned without any noticed or sometime they banned innocent people.

Among this I will prefer Chitika, BidVertiser and Kontera. All three are hot progarms for me. :)

Let us know how you get on!! The one thing I don't like about adsense is that fact that they don't even give you an estimate as to what a click is worth - I know that each ad will be different, and I accept that, but like asite I'm developing at the moment is about unsigned bands - and the ads we get reflect that - how hard would it be to give an average bid for thoes keywords, and related keywords? For google?!
