Suppose I have added this URL (mywebsite.com) in URL channel of Adsense. Now If some visitor go to www version of this website (i.e. www.mywebsite.com), will the URL channel track it? Thanks in advance.

yes. it is. It will track all pages including all subdomains.

Yup, unless you have the URL Channel like soandso.soandso.com. In which case it will only track that subdomain.

example.com track all pages across all subdomains
sports.example.com track only pages across the 'sports' subdomain
sports.example.com/widgets track all pages below a specific directory
sports.example.com/index.html track a specific page

Well when you add URL channel you also get examples in Right side of your page where you can get all information.
