Domain Transfer Question

I have some domains at Registerfly and everyone knows that it is a dead registrar now and can get shut down anytime. I need to transfer my domains asap to NameCheap but I dont know how to do it. If anyone knows, please post here. I don't want to lose my valuable domains. Thanks in advance..
