I might quit adwords

I've been doing it for a few months, gotten a ton of clicks, but no one from google has registered to my site. I've tried everything I know how. My target audience is exactly where I think it should be, my site makes it easy to register. I don't know what else to do and I think I'm just wasting my money with Google. If anyone has any similar experiences or suggestions that would be great.

I have an idea, try adsense on the landing pages, so that u can make money to reinvest on Adsense.

I don't get it aren't adsense and adwords the same thing? or like basically the same thing but only slightly different? really what is the difference between the two?

I think you focus on wrong aspect , you should focus on bringing good visitor that are willing to buy, not the amount of visitor, small amount of visitor that buys are better than large amount of visitor that won't buy.

Get cpm ads: You get payed so much per 1000 views, not clicks. Then its a steady income.
