i have a small question i have a website of mine ,It's got good SEO. Keywords on the pages, links are optimized, everything is ready. now i need to know how do I get a higher search engine positioning with it?

Well if you have targetted the right keywords etc etc, you will slowly see yourself getting higher in the search engines - But if youve targetted rubbish keywords then getting a high rank for them in the search engines isnt going to help you atall
