You can setup a profile and include your websites link in your profile, the most important thing is, have a lot of friends!! But becareful, don't over doing it. You may get ban.

myspace is cracking down on this,

a lot of people have had there profiles deleted in the past 2 months

its still possible to promote you site on myspace but its not worth

the time effort and risk

i would put my marketing effort into stumble and social bookmarking

Create a myspace account, have your logo has your picture, some info about the site in the about you and add people... post bulletins about it.

Never had a problem until I messaged everyone on my list, then my account got deleted.

I used bots to send friend requests && what not. Use the bots to send comments && messages. Never got a ban yet.

I have a very good Myspace program that I created. It goes through logins, and has the ability to post bulletins, and update all of the profile information. I have it for sale, and am also looking to sell the resale rights/possibly code for it for very cheap. You can PM me if you're interested.

Myspace marketing can be very succesful. The most effective way of marketing on Myspace, from personal expierience, is to get in touch with a layout site and pay a sponsorship free to have your url advertised on a certain theme of designs. It brought in a good few hits for my online shop.

I use MySpace to market music sites I have and it seems to work. If you make these kids feel that you are legit in your actions, keep on a personal level with them, and don't over-do your advertising, then it is a great marketing tool.

But remember, as with everything else in life, too much can be a bad thing.
