I am now using MyBB and am loving it. It is a great blend of phpBB, SMF, vBull, and IPB. The only thing I don't like is the permissions system, but I can get over that.

When skinned right, it behaves almost identically to IBP or vBull.

I've used mybb for a while now but it didn't have the permission system I needed so I switched to SMF.
