The real way to learn SEO is just by experience. Yes, I know people have probably told you this before. There are SEO blogs out there that aren't a bad start, however they regurgitate a lot of their information after awhile.

I learn through my experience, just i would recommend to try out in some blogs and forums. There are many forums about SEO which can be a handy one for the beginners. We can get those from Google search, because SEO takes time to be experienced and also basic techniques should be know to have a clear ideas on them...

There is no fixed method of "learning" SEO.
However, just do a google search and it will return many results.
Just keep in mind, that do not blindly accept what they say, think for yourself.
Also, you got to learn from experience, so just make a site, try submitting it to search engines, give good meta tags and keywords.
