Do you use written contracts for your business or do you just make arrangments through email or verbally?

When I got my websites coded I didn't have a written contract. I just kept intouch with the coder and we had a verbal (or written via messenger) the price and the features the script would have.
Never had a problem and am still using the same coder today for other projects. :)

I send my clients word documents with my information and all the dates on it for filing purposes.
I never have a written contract... I just communicate via email or messengers without having any written contract. I think its all about TRUST :)

but it's also good to have a written contract for filing purposes plus to know what went where in terms of finances so you'll know later on where your money has been spent

When work on internet as a freelancer I am sure many of us just don't care about the papers to be filled for the projects. I just care about the money, nothing else :)

There is no doubt that World of Warcraft is one of the excellent games that Blizzard released. In this era of game explosion, it is not easy for a game product company to product a game which is enjoyed by most MMORPG players, and even more difficult for them to grasp their customers. One method they use to attract game players is update. Generally speaking, each time they update the game, like patching new stories, they will get Enormous gains. More MMORPG players will buy world of warcraft cd key (http://www.item4u.com/bestSelling-CDKey/WoW-EU-CDKey) to enjoy new stories. The customers who is tired of the old stories and want to leave may continue buying wow cd key (http://www.item4u.com/bestSelling-CDKey/WoW-US-CDKey) and gold for the new stories reason. Days ago, Blizzard released the patch "frozen the eve" to give all the 80 players the chance to experience the new talent, similar to the patches TBC before "the eve of turmoil". I cannot image how much Blizzard may make through this action. I just know more friends need Warhammer power leveling (http://www.item4u.com/Warhammer-Online/Power-Leveling) now and item4u.com can serve you. Warhammer cd key (http://www.item4u.com/bestSelling-CDKey/Warhammer-Online-CDKey) prices are usually different from store to store and different from server to server. Perhaps item4u price is not the most bottoms, but the service is certainly the best. To buy it or not? If yes, do not miss item4u.com.cheap War cd key (http://www.item4u.com/bestSelling-CDKey/Warhammer-Online-CDKey) .
