Google Adwords is PPC right?? They have some good articles on the google site that I have seen related to that sort of thing

yes, adwords is ppc. wikipedia has a nice article on ppc programs, and it even has a few suggestions for programs to use as well

My advice would to be to only stick to the big companies such as Google, Clicksor and possibly Bidvertiser. This ensures that your ad campaign is actually going to work and you're actually going to get clients or users to your website.

There is only one place you can get any articles on any thing is Google. Google as much as possible. you will find lot of resources. PPC will work on many cases/niches but not on all niches.
