View Full Version : Making the monitor less damaging/straining on the eyes

Besides keeping your distance about 1 meter away from the screen, what else can you do to lessen the amount of strain/damage the screen does to your eyes? Are there any products you can buy especially for this case? (Maybe a screen you can attach onto the monitor to lessen the glare?)

Just wondering because I spend quite alot of time in front of the computer. :p

i think taking regular brakes can help....
also the quality of your monitor can make a big difference

Having a good quality monitor helps. Otherwise, your eyes have to strain to see what's on the screen

If you get one of those things for the monitor that makes you be right infront of it to see it, those things doctors office have, or sunglasses

1 meter distance.....? ow.
But flat screens seem to be less straining and with "old" monitors it helps to up the Hz.
