View Full Version : I made $1000
I started freelancing about a month ago and i made $1000 in the very first month. I've slowed down the rate as I have too many family members coming to my house and i'm too busy to work on the Internet. But i think that this is quite good for a 12 year boy, isn't it?

12 years old and able to make $1000 a month thats a lot better than quite good :D....
That's pretty remarkable! I am also 12, but I'm currently involved in some projects that I need to be working on, so I won't have much time, but I will ask, what kind of work did you do and did you use a freelancing site, and if so, which one?

wow thats really really great for within a month, i hope you can continue to keep this up :D
Thanks. Now i'm rather thinking to make up some sites and earn revenue from it. I'll get back to freelancing after a short while. I've been visiting this site ScriptLance (http://www.scriptlance.com) for freelancing projects. Its a great site.
Thats really great... Keep it up FELU :)

$1000 for a 12 year old, that's of course more than good!
I'm 18 and haven't made that much. I'm a late-starter though, since I was so busy at school I could barely do some web development. Now that I'm already free from school (for about 3 months), I'm able to do that.

At the freelancing sites, you seem to have to build up a reputation... So like once you get a few people to hire you, and they rate you high, then people are more likely to want you to do a job.

Yea, great job man. Keep it up!
That's great :). A lot of adults don't even make that with freelancing (or perhaps they do, I just don't think they do).

Do you have a website?
Do you have a website?
If not, then you SHOULD make one now. It will give your work more exposure :)
