Bidvertiser (http://www.bidvertiser.com) - Have used this a little bit, benefits include $10 payout and PayPal payout. The downside is that it has problems with the "contextual" part of "contextual advertising".

Miva (http://www.miva.com/) - Miva looks like a good PPC program. I have an account, but havn't tried it yet. Downside is that you have to file a W-9 with them if you live in the US before they will pay out.

I must partially disagree with the last post. Google doesn't allow you to put contextual ads on your website next to AdSense ads. You can put behavioral, demographic, geolocation, or other types of advertisements.
MIVA isn't very good, just see their stock market share price :)
They give you 25-35%, and if you're a "premium" publisher with 100K impressions a day or more, you'll be lucky to get their max revenue share, which is 50%. Add that to the fact that the advertisers are cheap already, :( well, you see where I am going
