Welcome to the world of Web Juniors!

We haven't completely launched yet. Still working on the forums, categories, the logo, and such. Basically, this is just a post to welcome you to our forums and give you a little bit of insight on what it's about, even though you might already have an idea.

What is Web Juniors?

Web Juniors (http://www.webjuniors.com) is your typical webmaster discussion forum. Discuss internet marketing, making money online, website design and development, and many other webmaster related topics!

What makes Web Juniors different from all the other webmaster forums?

Web Juniors (http://www.webjuniors.com) is a webmaster forum that was made specifically for the use of younger webmasters.

I know that even though this is a webmaster forum made specifically for younger webmasters, older webmasters will still be able to view the forum and there is no solid way to prevent them from registering as they can always fake their date of birth.

Hopefully through their viewing of this forum (the posts, etc.), they'll come to know how well most of the younger webmasters of today are doing for themselves. :)

My goals and hopes for Web Juniors

I'm hoping that, in the future, Web Juniors will grow to be a vast learning resource for young webmasters, a place where young webmasters can share their experiences, success, and even failures, with other young webmasters, and overall just a place where young webmasters can meet and get to know other young webmasters and hopefully learn a thing or two from each other.

I also hope that other young webmasters who are just starting can find some inspiration through the posts on this forum and just by being apart of it.

After all, the future of this industry relies on us. :D

Why the name "Web Juniors"?

Well, youngwebmasters.com wasn't available to begin with. After that, I searched up "young" in the thesaurus and one of the words that I found suitable were "junior".

First I checked if juniorwebmasters.com was available, no luck. I then eventually, after a few minutes of thinking, came up with webjuniors.com. So there you have it, that's how the name came to be! :D

Final words

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy your stay here! :)

I quite like this idea of a junior webmaster forum, if one was around when I was younger, I probably would have moved into the webscene a few years before I did, back when I was still using geocities and angelfire with simple HTML.

Its a nice forum. One good thing on this forum is the success stories section. It will give some ambition to the young webmasters.

What a brilliant idea, I have been part of many "Adult Webmaster" forums, however I have never seen a forum for young webmasters. I think this is a fantastic website, with lots of potential, as I have not seen many young webmaster forums before, I want to be a part of this community and I really want to help out where I can.

With younger and younger people becoming guru's on the computer this is a great idea. People won't feel intimated when asking questions like they might on Adult forums.. ;)
