Doing research on higher pagerank

I was currently sitting behind my desk thinking of a way of pumping up pagerank to something higher without having to buy links for 100$ and more for about 500 links towards my site.. So I came up with an idea, which I will share with you later, so I need to know how many websites everyone owns.
