Post affiliate pro crap

I bought post affiliate pro.
I asked a lot of questions before buying.
SO I bought it and then needed to know how to do some things with it so I asked on the forum.
Nobody replied I posted a few questions on the forum but still no reply from admin or anybody else.

So then I emailed Post affiliate pro to say the software was no good to me so please refund my money.
First email was to say help with problem but the help was no good as the software could not do what I wanted.
Anyway they ignore my requests now for refund so I wasted money I could have spent on something else other affiliate software I found can do what I want now-and more.
They say there is a 30 day money back guarantee but they seem to not obey this statement which is on website.

Did you ever get your refund for this product?

if not you should open a paypal dispute ( if thats how you payed )
and in the description of your claim give them a link to the page were it says the 30 day money back guarantee. You should win the case easily then
