I originally thought IPB was the best, until I came upon VB. I have used both VB and IPB, and overall, I think VB is the easiest to use. You can easily add , skins, and much more with VB. It is a little harder for me with IPB, but not saying it is really hard.
There are a ton of resources for both, but I feel like VB has one of the best selections. There is a hack for most things that you want, from a store to an arcade. Of course these are available on IPB as well, but that is not the point.
VB’s support is pretty good too. You get an answer to your questions within a few hours, which is acceptable, knowing that they are busy with many things.
So, is VB your favorite?

visual basic a basic user friendly software release by microsoft for designing application.it support gui interface.drag and drop facility is available.supports database also.
the coding and desgning is very simple.
\there are large number of controls.
i prefer to use visual basic 6.0
lol its not virtual basic it s vbulletin:)
i think vbulletin is pretty better!U can create your own Vbulletin powered page and also use plugins for automatic template edits, create pages for adminCP,create custom datamanagers, custom
usergroup permissions (i think you can also do the same with IPB),u can put flash headers+ tons of pluggins!
in my opinion Vbulletin is the best!

agreed.
i'm more happy with vb interface and ajax functions. not to mention all the custom mods they had. and payable like vbseo.. the only think that i didn't like over vb is, there's no create new topic button when you're inside a thread. but then a little tweak could make it , i'm just lazy hehehe..
