Well usually you get what you pay for I think, also where are you looking for it to be hosted, obviously there are benefits of being hosted in the UK and USA.

Here is a good place to get VPS hosting, their service is good although I must say their live support is pretty crap, if you go with them then it would be a good idea to make sure you know how to use a VPS before getting one there.
