Which javascript framework you use ?

Hi Folks,

I am great fan of jQuery ( http://jquery.com/ ) and also impressed by ExtJS ( http://extjs.com/) . Both of them simply makes life easier for front end developer. I have also tried to get my hands dirty on few other JS framework but feels like this two are for me and I can live with them :) . My questions here are out of sheer quriosity to know where I stand ? and what everybody else in the market is talking about ?

I would like to know ...

What JS framework(s) you use when it comes to web programming ? Which is your favourite ? and why ?
Do you use Ajax or it is just pure love for readymade widgets/plugins they provide ?
Do you think this new modern frameworks can replace flash ? I have already seen couple of places where it has !! ( e.g some smooth effects )
