Hi All,
I am supposed start up a website which will have news article for a city in India ( population around 2 Million ) on daily basis. My client is already running a successful news bulletin which is broadcasted on local TV channel. We are planning to sale some of the space of our home page as advertising space.
I would like to know what are the prices commanded by such website ( target audience is small but white collar worker and content is reach ). We expect some 6K to 10K impressions per month and 300 to 500 unique users. All of them will stay with website for 5 to 10 minutes as they watch news videos. I would also like to restate that all who visit our site will definately have very good purchasing power as broadband in India is still not cheap.
We need to have some estimate with us to know the breakeven period for the investement.
