I have a friend outside of the US. He wants to incorporate his business in the US. What is the best state to do this in? If Delaware, can you give me a link to the forms or a guide on which forms to fill out to domesticate a company in Delaware? How much does it cost to domesticate and form a new LLC in Delaware? Can you recommend to me a law firm or document preparation service that domesticates in Delaware for under $600?
Also, how can he open a US business bank account? Is there a bank that lets him open an account outside the US if he is incorporated? Can you provide a link for that bank? This bank should preferably have internet banking options.
