Itrader?

Yes, I noticed this on the left that there is iTrader..What is this feature supposed to do?
I'm guessing that it has to do with a feedback system..although I have little/no experience with it. Is it like the ebay system where if you have good feedback it will affect how truthful you are or how much experience you have?
Also how do you use this feature? Like more specifically when would you use this and how do you access it and how is the rating done?
I'm sorry that I posted so many questions but I would greatly appreciate it if someone could elaborate on this issue. Thanks

The feedback is designed to indicate whether an offline trade (such as a paypal or money transfer) was successful. It's kind of like reputation -- if someone scams you and doesn't send something that you purchased from them, you go into their itrader and mark it accordingly. It helps everyone keep track of trustworthy and untrustworthy users.
