Does anyone here use Stumbleupon to get traffic? I have used it a few times, submitted links/threads from my forum etc and one time I had 88 visitors from it viewing just one thread :D

I haven't had anyone join from there yet but it's early days and I haven't submitted that many links yet :p

I have added some of my sites to StumbleUpon, but how do you track whether people are being referred by StumbleUpon?

I have seen an increase in numbers visiting my forum (only slightly) but I have no idea where they are coming from. Could by StumbleUpon.

I am involved in StumbleUpon, but I have not begun to use it yet..It looks good though, seems to bring some traffic.

I havent tried it to be honest. Ive been doing the old word of mouth and google ads but that can get expensive sometimes. So i will definitely look into this one as well. Thanks for the great information...

With StumbleUpon I know there's alot of hype to it, but I wonder what SU's true potential is like. I would definitely would like to experiment with this especially with members on this forums. (That gives me an idea, i'm off to the suggestions section of the forum)

I had a negligient amount of traffic with stumble upon! I still doubt that it is adsense compliant method & can get your adsense account banned for invalid clicks.

It is a random work with stumbleupon, so I don't think it's a good idea to try stumbleupon fkor the google adsense. I too try that, but it went flop for me..

The only traffic i notice from Stumble is for a youtube video i uploaded. And it brought thousands of visitors..

3334 clicks from http://video.stumbleupon.com

I found this out from under the video where it says "Links : #"

(# being a number)

And the only reason it got stummbles was because of submitting to digg. :) And i shuld of put a link to my website in the middle or at the end of the video, that would of probably brought me some nice traffic considering the video has had Views: 21,835

Stumbleupon is a great asset to me, around 100 free visitors from there a day I believe.

I was reading a lots of reviews about Stumbleupon so I decided to try it. I signed up with an account and stumbled my own website with some tags and luckily I received 104 visitors in couple of days. After that I asked some of my friends to stumble it and few people naturally stumbled it and I got around 1000 unique visitors which is remarkable. I think this trend will continue for long time because the stumbleupon system is really awesome.

Traffic from stumble upon is good but they are not targeted traffic. only one percent of traffic may be targetted. So, most of the traffic from stumble upon eats our bandwidth. I am using stumbleupon sometimes as I have enough bandwidth to handle high traffic. so no problem for me :)

I am also getting around 50 to 80 visitors a day from stumble upon. I am continuously working on it to get visitors from stumble. But only very few are targetted. From my analysis, i found that it is waste of time at least for my niche/site.
