Haha. Freelancing?

Tons man. You make a web layout, someone likes it, you sell it for lets say, $60. They pay you, you get the payment then you give them the layout.

Pretty easy way to make money if you ask me.

Freelancing? I thought this was a 'Pay Per Click Advertising' forum.

Anyway, my web site has just been started, so no, I haven't got money off PPC advertising, if I interpret the question correctly.

Proxy has gone kind of down hill. The hosting costs a bomb and they eat a lot of bandwidth.

Thumbs up

I've done ok with PPC ads such as Google adsense. To the fact that the "similar ads" feature has hit dead on with a few site.
For an example, one site I have is based on the "emo genre" of music with news, forums, ect... and when first started.. it was making 35% CTR! Some ads pay more then others, but its all about a balance, not to much(don't want to overwhelm the kids ) and not to little(you want them to notice the the ads). The placement is always key. I like putting them close to article titles(nice accidental clicks) and on side with page links.

Oh, ha... but to answer your question, they do work if you put the time and effort into them.

Internet marketers usually carry the PPC campaign through google adwords, msn adcenter or through yahoo. These IM's have landing page for generating leads by becoming affliates of CJ or Azoogle. I have heard many success stories and even have found my friends who have been successful with ppc campaigns. If you want to earn, firstly register as publisher to CJ or Azoogle and then develop the landing page and start targeting the users according to your landing page. Before starting a campaign, you have to do a lot of research like keywords related to your niche whose leads you are going to generate, optimizing the quality score and many other factors.
